Energizing Face Mask
Green tea is a powerful antioxidant and reduces inflammation so it can be helpful against acne. It also protects against UV radiation and may delay signs of aging. Tannins in green tea astringent the skin to tighten pores, reduce puffiness and improve complexion.
Ginger is another amazing antioxidant and like Vitamin C in lemon can brighten the skin and ease the appearance of dark spots. Fresh ginger also mildly aids circulation.
Honey penetrates deeply into the skin and is an excellent moisturizer. Unpasteurized honey aids healing and reduces inflammation.
Ingredients: (approximately 2 Tablespoons of each)
Organic Ginger, fresh grated
Organic Green Tea Powder (Matcha)
Organic Raw Honey (unpasturized)
Mix into a paste and massage into the skin and let sit for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse with warm water. Use weekly monthly or seasonally based on your skin type.
Discontinue with any signs of an allergic reaction such as redness, burning, itching or skin swelling.
